1/2 an avocado

2 glasses of coconut water

1 mango

2 handfuls of Spinach

Handful of cashews

Handful of walnuts

Handful of almonds

Handful of blueberries

Sprinkle of pomegranate seeds

Method
​
Pour two tumbler sized glasses of coconut water into your blender, add avocado, spinach and chopped mango, then pulse. Allow to blend for around 30 seconds.
​
Pour the mixture into bowls ready to add toppings.
​
Using a pestle and mortar, crush the cashews and sprinkle on top of the smoothie mixture, repeat this process for all nuts.
​
Add blueberries and pomegranate seeds.
​
This is a great breakfast choice, it has so many nutrients and is packed full of everything you need to kickstart your day! You can freeze for 1 week. Make sure to get them out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge over night.
